Have you got 10 minutes?

OK .. everyone is busy.  And some people are just too busy to exercise! ( Yeah, right, whatever ... )

So, here is a little solution ...



Want to do more than 10 minutes ... do it twice a day ...

And then repeat!

Everyone can spare 10 minutes ...

Oh, and the kids would LOVE this one!

You're right. Lack of time is no excuse. One of the quotes I liked from the Michelle Bridges program was to just decide to START doing something.

In my first round my only exercise was riding an exercise bike which lived in my loungeroom. I often seriously didn't want to get on that thing, so I'd tell myself: 10 minutes. "I'll just do 10 minutes!" Of course once on I'd think... "Oh, I'll just do another 10!"
